As promised, here's a pic of the skirt I sewed recently! Sorry, the pics aren't great, bad lighting. It's an a-line wraparound skirt. No waistband, no zippers. It uses snaptape to hold it together. The best thing about it is I didn't have to hem any of the edges since they are all frayed. I just sewed a straight stich, then a zig-zag, pulled out the extra threads and viola! EASY! And super cute.
