It's my first solo foray into home canning (aside from freezer jam, which doesn't really count)! I was afraid the whole time that it wouldn't work at all, but in the end all the jars sealed. Aren't they pretty? Next I'm going to try cranberry conserve.

Those are so pretty! They look like excellent, festive gifts for the holidays. Liz and I are trying our hands at dewberry honey this year - so far so good.
