That was a very interesting article. I think the principal nailed it on the head when he said that the success of the program depends on what else is going on at home. I bet that the kids who are watching violent movies at such young ages aren't being supervised at home. Or, their parents don't care what they are watching or doing, which doesn't seem much better. Supervision after school and in the evening has a big impact on what sort of activities/behaviors kids participate in.
